Cancellation and refund depend on the airline, hotel, tour provider, fare/rate rules and booking status stated in the quotation.
Any fee treatment must follow the applicable agreement, valid job-order process and legal requirements. Employer/authority decisions remain outside QUICK TRAVELS control.
